One of the highlights of your visit will undoubtedly be the extensive menu, which features an array of mouthwatering dishes that cater to every palate. Each bite is a delightful explosion of flavor that'll leave your taste buds dancing with joy. Or, indulge in the Quesadilla ($13.50), where a large flour tortilla cradles a generous portion of cheddar cheese and your choice of protein, embellished with fresh tomatoes, onions, and a dollop of guacamole and sour cream.

It's quiet. The wait staff are attentive. We're addicted to the fresh warm tortilla chips and salsa, but they're even better for scooping up hot beans & cheese. It's hard finding restaurants with table service open late in PDX so we were pretty happy to find this place.

Excellent meal and service. Enchiladas had a fair amount of cheese on top and the red sauce isn't overly sweet. The picadillo is flavorful without being obnoxious. Service is friendly and efficient

Not all El Indio's created equal. This review is specifically for the Halsey street, PDX. El Indio. Closest cross street maybe 107th? Just LOOK AT THESE NACHOS! I had been craving nachos for quite a while. After a few disappointments I returned here. Very gratifying. Service exceptional. The gal anticipated my needs. I didn't have to ask for much. Just don't forget to put your order in for pickled jalapenos. I missed those. Had to return to work. Thanks! I'll be back.

Been coming here for a while, and it never disappoints. Everything I've tried from the enchiladas to their American food options is consistently amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone celebrating, including my vegetarian friends. (updated review)

Delicious food! Quick service (which we are extremely grateful for with a 9 month old baby) and super friendly staff. The waitress giggled and interacted with my baby. It was a nice time for my grandmas 75th birthday

This is one of my favorite spots in Portland. I got the quesabirria tacos, and they were amazing the beef was tender and juicy. The rice and beans tasted super fresh, like they actually cared about the sides, not just the main dish. The staff was really friendly too, which made the whole vibe even better. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.
